About Claire
Claire graduated from the University of Glasgow with a BSc (Hons) in Adult Nursing in 2010. Claire has extensive experience in critical care and surgery, having worked in a prestigious southeast London Trauma Centre for a large part of her career. She often says she could write a book with the things she's seen!
Claire worked clinically in the NHS for 12 years achieving the position of Senior Sister/Ward Manager for a surgical and vascular unit before leaving the NHS to enjoy more life balance with her young children and to really focus on her developing passion for Aesthetic Medicine.
Claire entered the world of Aesthetic Medicine by completing her intial training at the prestigious Harley Academy in London back in February 2019. She has since had further training with expert opinion leaders in the field (Dr Tim Pearce and Julie Horne), Dr Hennessy Academy and the School of Aesthetic Medicine in Essex. In 2025, Claire went back to Harley Academy and complete her Level 7 Postgraduate Diploma in Aesthetic Medicine.
Claire places great importance remaining an ambassador for natural results that respect individual anatomy whilst providing a service to her clients that is rooted in honesty and trust.
Appreciating that skin health is a major requirement in achieving our aesthetic goals, Claire has undertaken additional training in medical-grade skincare and the treatment of problematic skin. She particularly enjoys treating acne, rosacea and melasma and offers a skin screening service link with Consultant Dermatologists for lesions of concern.
Claire's biggest achievement in her 16 year career so far was completing her Postgraduate Certificate in the prescribing of medicines. This very desirable qualification enables Claire to prescribe medicines for her clients within her practice, highlighting her knowledge and ability to make diagnostic and treatment decisions, ensuring you are in the safest hands.
Going forwards, Claire's next goal is to undertake a Dermatology qualification when her youngest child begins school in 2027. She is also a member of CMAC (Complications in Medical Aesthetic Collaborative) giving her access to ongoing peer reflection, professional development and support from a network of colleagues from the various medical professions (dermatology, dentistry, surgery, pharmacy) in the event of any serious complications requiring a second opinion.
